Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original Scabal packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all original documentation.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master tailors verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
